Course SVCC108: Perkins Training | Service Level (Intrusive)


Description

Perkins Service Level OEMD offers Wacker Neuson distributors the ability to learn Perkins Tier 4 Final engine technology and systems at the service level. This course will cover 400 and 800 series Tier 4 Final engines. The course also gives distributors the ability to perform intrusive repairs on Perkins engines which includes but is not limited to: injectors, fuel injection pumps, valve train components, ECM’s, software, oil pumps, turbochargers, exhaust piping, aftertreatment systems,WACKERctronic sensors, and other engine service items upon completion. This course is exploratory and will give technicians and service managers the chance to disassemble both a 400 and 800 series engine. Understanding how Tier 4 Final technology works is absolutely fundamental to troubleshooting, diagnosing, and uptime in Wacker Neuson’s latest Tier 4 Final compact equipment.

Dress for the outdoors and appropriate time of season: jacket, jeans and work boots. Included: daily shuttle from the Radisson-Mayfair hotel, lunch and training material. Students are responsible for: airfare, airport shuttle, hotel fees and dinner.
