Description

This series of courses is designed to discuss and bring a high level of awareness to the best industry practices and procedures. Dealer Development & Aftermarket Service Training will consist of the following subjects: telematics, spare parts & distribution, marketing, warranty & ESPP, website training, Perkins Tier 4 Final technology, special tools (electronic service tools), service vehicles (fleet management), importance of service training, scenario based training, certified dealer award program, oil analysis, Wacker Neuson likes and dislikes, best industry practices, and round table breakout sessions.
